RCMP Major Crimes investigating death of toddler

The RCMP Major Crimes Unit is investigating the death of a two-year-old girl in southern Alberta.
The girl was found in medical distress on August 2nd in the Cardston area and police were called after she was taken to the hospital.
She died on Monday of her injuries.
No details about the cause of death or suspects have been released.
