3D Hockey & Soccer tournament to begin Thursday

The 3D charity hockey and soccer tournament begins this morning in Grande Prairie.

Teams from throughout the region will be taking part in both sports, and as Board Director Dennis Rix explains, the money is going to a good cause.

” Every penny which runs through the tournament or donations at any time go straight to severely ill kids who are in all three school districts in Grande Prairie. “

This will be the 2nd year in a row which the tournament will also feature soccer.

The tournament begins Thursday morning and will conclude Saturday afternoon.
