Local Archers have success at National Championships

It was a busy weekend in Brandon Manitoba for Rick and Chase Martin.

The father son duo competed this past weekend at the Indoor Canadian Archery Nationals.

Rick (father) finished 3rd in the men’s senior class while Chase (son) took Gold in the men’s open class 21+ competition.

Chase also finished 3rd in the Grand Prix portion.

Chase will now begin preparations for the outdoor Nationals in Prince Albert Saskatchewan where he will look to qualify for the World Championships.
