M.D. of Greenview launches mobile app

A mobile app is now available that connects the public with services in the Municipal District of Greenview.

The app was officially launched on September 28 and allows users within the region to receive important notifications, access information, call departments directly and access services and resources.

The app also features an option to report problems or concerns to Greenview Administration. The report will go directly to the department staff and notify the proper people to help solve the issue.

The new app was also constructed so updates and more features can be added to it in the future.

Reeve for the MD of Greenview, Dale Smith, says this app will increase the communication capability and efficiency between the municipality and those who work or live there.

“Continued improvements to vital communications for residents stakeholders in our municipality is important to Greenview Council. Greenview is pleased to provide this free custom mobile application and hope that this additional method of communication will assist residents and stakeholders to report concerns and issues easily as well as stay up to date with Greenview news and alerts.”

The new app is free to download on both Android and Apple devices, and can be found under the name “MD of Greenview Mobile App” in either the App Store or Google Play Store.
