Alberta workers to get three hours paid leave to get vaccinated

The Alberta government has passed legislation to amend the Employment Standards Code to include a section in regards to COVID-19 vaccinations, which will allow all full and part-time workers in Alberta to have three hours paid leave when it is their turn to receive their innoculation.
Minister of Labour and Immigration Jason Copping says this applies to all Albertans, regardless of how long they have been working for their employer.
Copping says it could be utilized by employees two times if they are receiving a vaccine in two doses.
