What do you do on live radio when your schedule guest in a different country does not pick up the phone?

Panic of course!  Then, you take a deep breath and start looking around for  a Plan B.

Just like in life. Things don’t often turn out how you plan them, expect them or want them to – but we are a resourceful and creative bunch and we come up with new and innovative ways to deal with our situation.

The more we are faced with rapid change, the better equipped we become to handle it with ease and sometimes even gratitude. Have you had a Plan B that worked out even better than your proposed Plan A.
