Week-long Grande Prairie taxi inspection results “quite positive”

Earlier this month, Grande Prairie Enforcement Services conducted a week-long taxi inspection initiative.
In the release, Enforcement services said they were focusing on three main aspects, mechanical safety, cleanliness, and documentation review, with results being quite positive.
From October 16, until October 20, Enforcement Services reported “a few minor issues,” with taxis facing these issues, “generally quick to rectify them and return for inspection.”
Enforcement Services added in the release, “inspection results were quite positive, with most taxis found to be in good condition, fully licensed and compliant with City regulations.”
