County of Grande Prairie lifts gravel road weight ban

The County of Grande Prairie is lifting it’s gravel road bans.

As of 10:00 a.m. Thursday (May 9), gravel roads will return to 100 per cent axle weight loading, 24 hours per day, unless otherwise posted.

The County issues gravel road bans as part of a practice to keeps the roads in good shape during the spring melt.
