Alberta was Canada’s fastest-growing province in Q2
A new report shows that Alberta’s population is growing quickly with no signs of slowing down.
Statistics Canada has released its population estimates for the second quarter of 2024, spanning April 1-June 30.
They say Alberta was the fastest-growing province or territory during this period, increasing by 46,200 residents for a rate of 0.9 per cent.
That brings the total population in the prairie province to 4,888,723.
