ALERT to update investigation into alleged fentanyl lab found near Valleyview at Friday news conference

The Alberta Law Enforcement Response Team has scheduled a news conference for Friday to announce more details on what they call “an alleged fentanyl super lab” found outside of Valleyview.

ALERT announced in early October that the lab was being dismantled and that one person had been taken into custody.

Investigators now say that it took four days to take it down.

ALERT has put together a video of the lab that can be viewed here.

That news conference will start at 11 a.m. Friday in Edmonton.
