The league resumes for a single game on Wednesday January 15 in the County of Grande Prairie where the Wheat Kings will host the Kodiaks. Puck drop is 8:00 p.m. at the Crosslink County Sportsplex.
The North Peace Hockey League featured eight games on their weekend schedule.
On Thursday:
There was only one game on Friday, where the Manning Comets shutout the Knights 4-0.
On Saturday:
The next games are slated for Thursday; Dawson Creek hosts Fort St. John and Spirit River at Grande Prairie. Both games start at 8:30 p.m. local time.
The Storm had the weekend off. They next play the Devon Xtreme on January 17 and 18 at Bonnett’s Energy Centre.
The boys sit second in the North Division, and fifth in the entire league.
