City road work projects starting this week

The city says work on a couple of road projects will get going this week.
 
Lane restrictions will be in place on 132 Avenue between 100 Street and Arbour Hills Boulevard. The speed limit will be down to 30 km/h.
 
Crews will be finishing paving and line painting, along with installing concrete curbs, gutters, and medians.
 
It should be done by the middle of June.
 
Starting tomorrow, 100 Avenue between 105 and 108 Streets will also be down to one lane.
 
Workers will be putting in new asphalt and markings. They will also replace curbs, gutters, and sidewalks and make some repairs to storm sewer lines.
 
Concrete work will be done during the day, heavier work in the evening and overnight.
 
The planned completion date is the end of June.
