Dawson Creek product sent to Regina Pats

Jan 3, 2019 | 10:51 AM

With just one week to go until the Western Hockey League’s trade deadline, teams are beginning to tweak their rosters ahead of January 10th.

This includes rebuilding teams like the Regina Pats.

Regina announced Thursday morning they had acquired Dawson Creek product Tyson Feist and Spokane’s 2019 10th-round draft selection in exchange for Regina’s 5th-round pick in the 2021 WHL Bantam Draft and Edmonton’s 8th-round pick this year.

According to Spokane Chiefs General Manager Scott Carter, Feist waived his no trade clause for the opportunity at more ice time.
