Canada Day - City of Grande Prairie
Get ready to celebrate Canada at the City of Grande Prairie's festivities this year!
Monday, July 1:
- Parade from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Park activities from 3:30 p.m. to midnight.
Location: Downtown (parade) and Muskoseepi Park (activities)
Cost: Free!

Live Entertainment Line-up
Live entertainment kicks off at the amphitheatre beginning at 3:30 p.m. with the following performances throughout the evening:
- Derina Harvey Band.
- The Northbloods.
- Mandee Rae.
- TJ Ruckus Band.
The event also has beer gardens in the green space surrounding the amphitheatre from 3:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. for people to enjoy while listening to the live music.
Aquatera Outdoor Pool Schedule
The Aquatera Outdoor Pool offers free, drop-in swimming on Canada Day from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the following two-hour waves:
- 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
- 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
- 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
