2025 PEACE COUNTRY CLASSIC AGRI-SHOW

The 39th Peace Country Classic Agri-Show is being held March 6, 7 and 8 at Evergreen Park in Grande Prairie. Free admission to most events. Tickets are required for the Banquet. Admission to watch the Skijoring is by donation to STARS Air Ambulance. Free parking on site.

Peace Crafts & Creations Show & Sale - TARA Centre - MD of Greenview Hallway

Barda Equipment 50/50 will be held with proceeds going to a local charity - TARA Centre - Main entrance lobby

The Sexsmith Seed Cleaning Association is sponsoring wagons pulled by heavy horses to get people from the parking lot to the various venues.

Country Junction Youth Livestock Program - Foster's Pavilion - Drysdale Arena (Starts at 9am. Anyone who didn't get in on the pre-registration can register to judge on the morning of the Show.)

PARDS Petting Zoo - Foster's Pavilion - Drysdale Arena

Canyon Rigging Thunder In The Pines Skijoring  - J.D.A. Raceway at Gordon Badger Stadium with funds raised going to STARS Air Ambulance. Spectator admission is by donation. Starts at 4pm. (If you are interested in being a participant you can pre-register here.)

 

Started in 1986, the Peace Country Classic Agri Show features hundreds of exhibitors inside and outside the TARA Energy Services Centre.

It kicks off Thursday morning with the New Horizon Co-op Breakfast for the exhibitors.

MORE INFO ABOUT SKIJORING
This is a fundraiser for STARS put on by volunteers.

Registration in person is open in person Saturday 2:30-3:30pm at the Gordon Badger Stadium.
Limited number of entries.

Enter as a team or single and they can match you with a partner.

Circuit race- fastest time (including accumulated penalties) wins.

$30/person CIRCUIT 


Sprint race- straight away race run in heats.  Multiple teams will race each other on the track in front of grandstand.

$20/person SPRINT

CASH ONLY registration for the day of the event.  Those people who sign up and do not show up, will not be permitted to participate in future events. 

All participants must attend to sign waiver, pay fees and receive any updates.
All participants must attend the walk through. On foot only, no horses.

Course Walk through 3:30pm on the course in front of the Grand Stand. 

Event to start at 4 pm.

Awards will be presented under the Grand Stand after the event.  Must be in attendance or prize will roll to the next team.  They invite you to stay and enjoy the live music!

Prizes include Most Authentic Western Attire (get out those 10 Gallon hats and woolly chaps!), Most Epic Crash, etc.
