Grande Prairie’s Tenille Townes wrapped up the 2020 CCMA Awards weekend with yet another accolade.

After she was named the winner of both Songwriter and Video of the Year for her hit single Jersey on the Wall on Saturday night, Townes was named Canadian Country Music’s Female Artist of the Year for the second year in a row.

Townes has now compiled seven CCMA awards in her young career, with the previous four coming in 2019. Townes was also named New Female Artist of the Year and the winner of the Musical Event of the Year at the 2020 Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards.
